. 100 Mark. Type 1908 "Flotten-Hunderter"). However, with the outbreak of World War I, the issue of Type 1883 banknotes (with a date of 7. February 1908) was resumed and continued until 1922. Banknotes of both types - 1883 and 1908 were issued in parallel to each other.

11. Imperial banknote numbering of 100 stamps Type 1883 "Blauer Hunderter":

1883-1896 - single-letter series, type number Nr1234567a or Nr1234567A. The color of the number is red.

1898-1908 - two-letter series, species number (Udr.) And Nr1234567A. The first letter of the series was printed in the background grid (the so-called Unterdruck-Buchstabe, abbreviated Udr.-Bst.), the second was printed along with the serial number. The color of the number is red or green.
