Payment means for Wehrmacht servicemen

REFERENCE: "Means of payment for the German Wehrmacht" (Behelfszahlungsmittel fur die Deutsche Wehrmacht) were issued in 1940 and 1942 for Wehrmacht servicemen supplied with goods through the quartermaster and other army services. The face value of the means of allowance was ten times less than their actual value, in other words, 1 Reichspfennig of means of allowance actually cost 10 ordinary Reichpfennig.
