Grand Duchy of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach

REFERENCE: The Duchy of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach (German: Herzogtum Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach) was a German principality that existed from 1809 to 1918. In 1815, by decision of the Vienna Congress, the duchy was transformed into the Grand Duchy of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach. In 1877, the name was officially changed to the Grand Duchy of Saxony (German Grossherzogtum Sachsen), but this name remained rarely used.
After the November Revolution, it became a free state, which in 1920 was included in Thuringia.
