Occupation issue by Romania of banknotes on the territory of the USSR

REFERENCE: Banknotes intended for issue in the territory included in Romania. In 1941, a special credit institution was organized - Institutul de Finantare Externa (Infinex). His duties included the issue of paper money in the territory between the Dniester and the Bug. Credit bonds in denominations of 1, 6, 24, 120, 600 and 1200 leu were prepared for release. The rate was set at 6 lei = 10 Reichspfennig = 1 ruble.
